Catch-all Emails in Shared Hosting
If you host a domain name on our cloud hosting platform and you’ve got a shared hosting account, you will be able to enable the catch-all feature for any mailbox that you create under the domain name. The Hepsia hosting Control Panel’s Email Manager section comes with quite a lot of functions, but it’s astonishingly user-friendly, so creating a catch-all mailbox requires just a single click. All the email addresses that you’ve set up will be listed in this section in alphabetical order and you will simply need to click the "Catch-all" button pertaining to the respective address. Our system will warn you if there’s already another catch-all mailbox activated for that domain name or if the one that you would like to be a catch-all mailbox has email forwarding enabled, so you can either disable the latter feature or pick a different mailbox. Disabling the catch-all feature is just as simple and takes one more click on the same button.
Catch-all Emails in Semi-dedicated Servers
The catch-all feature can be enabled effortlessly in case you have a semi-dedicated server plan with our company. All the email addresses that you have created using the domains hosted in the semi-dedicated account will be enumerated in the Email Manager section of your Hepsia hosting Control Panel and you will notice a small-size sign handily located directly next to each one of them. With only a click of the mouse, you can activate or deactivate the catch-all option for any mailbox of your desire provided that there isn't another mailbox under the same domain with the option already activated and there isn't enabled email forwarding. Alternatively, you can right-click on a mailbox and enable this feature using the context menu that will show up. In case any of the conditions for configuring a catch-all mailbox is not answered, our system will let you know, but will not deactivate or replace anything automatically.
